Why work for CSA, Ltd.?

As the Department Manager for Employment & Staffing, it is Matt Mullen’s job to talk potential new hires into making the journey to Kuwait to work for CSA, Ltd. So what’s his sales pitch? A safe living environment, quality of life, and adventure abroad.

“I enjoy working in support of the U.S. military, experiencing new cultures overseas, eating new foods and traveling to foreign countries,” said Matt, who has worked for CSA, Ltd. for eight years.

Matt and his wife are raising a family of three young children in Kuwait, and believe the country has a superior private education system and is a safe place to live.

“Kuwait is safer than my home town of Tucson, Arizona,” Matt said. “This level of safety, with hardly any domestic crime, keeps us in Kuwait long term.”

He and his family also enjoy the quality of life that working for CSA, Ltd. provides. In addition to offering competitive wages, the company takes care of employees’ housing costs.

“The company places a lot of effort into making life enjoyable for its employees. Not having to worry about rent or mortgage payments, electric, water, or other utility bills is a positive part of working for CSA, Ltd.,” Matt said.

Because of the financial aspect, working for CSA, Ltd. gives employees a chance to save for the future or budget for exciting travel opportunities.

“CSA, Ltd. also offers a competitive wage for the work we perform in support of the troops. The overseas tax advantages are a huge plus in saving money for our future back home in the USA,” Matt said.

The company also provides its employees with four weeks of paid vacation time each year, and living in the Middle East makes it easy for employees to hop from country to country in a part of the world they may otherwise have never seen.

“This vacation time provides me and my wife the ability to book scuba diving trips to exotic locations or pursue other adventures of a lifetime that we would rarely think possible while living in the United States,” Matt said.

“We have climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and enjoyed scuba diving in the Maldives.”

But of course not every day is a vacation, and the real reason we’re all here is to work and serve the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces. Matt has a bachelor’s in business management and has been with the Recruiting team for six years.

He said he is looking for job candidates who “put pride and quality into everything they do.”

“My Recruiting team is seeking top-level candidates to support the troops overseas and who are willing to work overseas long-term and enjoy the unique lifestyle of Kuwait,” he said.
